Usage instructions
This product is produced using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) method.
To use: cook directly from frozen in soups, stews, mixed rice, or salads, or steam/boil for a few minutes until tender. If thawing is needed, keep the pack for 30 minutes at room temperature or 90 minutes in the refrigerator, then use the required amount and refreeze the rest immediately.
